Hi. I'm just a regular person. I'm not a doctor. I'm not a nutritionist. I'm not a personal trainer. I'm someone who struggled with his health for years and finally figured out what actually works.
A programmer who used to eat pizza in bed at 2am. A husband who was always tired and irritable. A guy who tried every diet and failed. And then someone who decided to change - not overnight, but one small step at a time.
My Story, Briefly
Three years ago, I was overweight, exhausted, and unhappy. My BMI was in the obese range. I couldn't climb stairs without getting out of breath. My skin was a mess. My stomach always hurt. I felt like I had no control over my own body.
I tried everything. Keto, intermittent fasting, calorie counting, meal prep, expensive supplements. Nothing worked. Because I was looking for quick fixes instead of real change.
Then one night, sitting alone with an empty pizza box at 2am, something clicked. I decided to stop trying to be perfect and just try to be better. One small change at a time.
It took months. Actually, it took years. But I'm not that guy anymore. I've lost weight. I have energy. I sleep better. My skin cleared up. And most importantly, I don't hate myself when I eat anymore.
Why I Started This Website
I started Healthy Life Guide because I wish someone had told me the simple truth earlier: you don't need a perfect diet. You don't need expensive supplements. You don't need to go to the gym every day. You just need to make small changes that actually stick.
There's so much fake advice online. So many people trying to sell you things. I'm not selling anything. I'm just sharing what worked for me. No magic. No secrets. Just real experience.
Everything on this website is based on my real experience. I won't give you advice I haven't tried myself. I won't pretend to be an expert I'm not. I'm just a regular person sharing what helped me.
What I Believe
- Small changes beat big plans. Walking 10 minutes daily is better than a 1-hour workout you quit after a week.
- Progress, not perfection. One bad meal doesn't ruin your journey. Quitting does.
- You don't need to be perfect to start. You just need to start. Anywhere. Today.
- Your health is about how you feel, not just numbers. BMI and calories matter, but they're not everything.
