Many people think that trauma at place of work, home ,or some monetary tribulations cause obesity but they are naive of the factor that even not having appropriate diet timetable can also cause Obesity. Most people skip their daily diet; they do not follow a particular time for having their daily diet which can cause obesity.
In the present busy world most of us are so busy that we are even unable to find time to have our breakfast as we want our job to be done on time we just hop them. But be aware that this can cause Obesity. As we skip our breakfast we feel hungrier at lunch time which makes us consume high calories food which can be a root for obesity. Our mind gets paying attention to food which is lofty in calorie and thus we cannot accuse of eating them.
It is also not susceptible for one to have high ingestion of diet in breakfast; just a 200ml of milk or any fruit juice with bread can be ample. When we skip the breakfast we push ourselves in to the state of fasting for a long time, from dinner time in previous day to lunch time at present day which is so long which can make us to consume more at lunch time which is a menace for causing obesity.
